Who I Am

I’m Christina Cole, a fellow RV park owner and property investor who has faced the same sleepless nights worrying about emergencies. I know the stress of unexpected storms, guest injuries, equipment failures, and legal headaches. That’s why I created a solution that I wish I had when I started—one that takes the guesswork out of emergency preparedness.

What I Do

I designed the RV Park Emergency Binder—a step-by-step, ready-to-use emergency response system that helps RV park owners and managers prepare for anything. It includes customizable procedures, safety protocols, and legal protections that ensure you, your staff, and your guests are protected when the unexpected happens.

Why I Do It

One night, a severe storm rolled through my park. Lightning struk taking out our payment system, and a guest came in and explained how lightning felt when it exited his finger tips. Tim's new name is "Lightning Fingers".

I had no centralized plan. My staff has scrambled to figure out what to do during tornado warnings and forest fires, and I realized—this could have been avoided. That moment set me on a mission to create a clear, structured, and easy-to-follow guide that any RV park could use to prevent chaos and protect their investment.
